Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou soukromí a osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví. Cílem práce je představit institut povinné mlčenlivosti jako jednoho z nástrojů ochrany soukromí včetně osobních údajů o zdravotním stavu pacientů. The thesis deals with the protection of privacy and personal data in healthcare. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the institution of mandatory confidentiality as one of the tools for the protection of patients' privacy as well as health data.
