The Analysis of Organization Structure in Mesit Holding, a.s.
Abstract:
Práce zachycuje současný stav řízení ve společnosti MESIT holding a.s. a navrhuje cesty k úspoře režijních nákladů. V první části práce je popsán teoretický základ, který slouží k pochopení problematiky. V druhé části provádím analýzu organizační struktury společnosti a jejích dceřiných společností. Jako návrh řešení zde uvádím vytvoření centra sdílených služeb.
Abstract:
This work records recently management of the company MESIT holding a.s. This work also suggests how to save overhead costs. In the first part we can find common basis which help us to understand the given domain. The practical part contains an analysis of organization structure of the company. After that we can find the solution together with creating the shared services center.
