The thesis focuses on translating selected excerpts from the novel "Leto v pionerskom galstuke" by Je. Malisova and K. Silvanova. The thesis aims to create an adequate, functional translation of the excerpts and conduct a translatological analysis, identifying problematic areas in the translation and proposing possible solutions.
