Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu firemní kultury a strategie ve zkoumané organizaci a odhalení toho, do jaké míry se deklarovaná strategie, firemní kultura a hodnoty promítají do personální práce. První část práce je teoretická a nabízí čtenáři informace a pojmy týkající se firemní strategie a firemní kultury. Popisuje význam strategie organizace a personální strategie, roli firemní kultury ve vztahu ke strategii. Podstatnou část diplomové práce tvoří také kapitola zaměřená na jednotlivé personální činnosti a jejich souvislost s firemní kulturou. Klíčovou částí práce je však praktická část. Ta se zabývá charakteristikou organizace, popisem metod používaných při analýze firemní kultury a přináší výsledky vyplývající z jednotlivých metod. Výsledkem práce jsou zjištění, do jaké míry se deklarovaná firemní kultura promítá do vybraných personálních činností.

Abstract:

This dissertation is focused on analysis of organisational culture and strategy in examinated organisation and uncovering to what degree is declared strategy, organisational culture and values implemented in personnel activities. The first part of the dissertation is theoretical and offers to the reader information and definitions related to corpotare strategy and organisational culture. It describes the meaning of the organisational strategy and personnel strategy, the role of organisational culture in relation to the strategy. An essencial part of the dissertation makes the chapter focused on particular personnel activities and thein connection with organisational culture. The key part of the dissertation is the practical part. It is engaged in characterisation of the organisation, desciription of the research methods used for the analyses and brings the results following the research. The results of the dissertation findings to what degree is thedeclared organisational culture implemented in selected personnel activities.
