Specifics of Educational Communication in Teaching at Small Scholl with Composite Classes from the Perspective of the Teacher

Anotace:

Diplomová práce pojednává o pedagogické komunikaci během výuky ve věkově smíšených třídách z pohledu pedagoga. Teoretická část práce se zabývá verbální pedagogickou komunikací, komunikačními dovednostmi a požadavky na učitele, ale také vztahy a typy autorit, které učitel při pedagogické komunikaci uplatňuje. Vymezuje také základní pojmy spojené s malotřídkou a specifika profese pedagoga na tomto typu školy. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje organizaci výuky na malotřídce, zejména v souvislosti s výukovými metodami a formami zaměřenými na způsoby pedagogické komunikace. Empirická část práce se zabývá tím, jak učitelé ve smíšené třídě komunikační proces vnímají, jaké si učitel volí zásady, podle kterých jedná, jaké zaujímá postoje vzhledem k tématu a také jaké volí metody a formy výuky v přímé vazbě na pedagogickou komunikaci.

Abstract:

The thesis discusses the educational communication in teaching at small school with composite classes from the perspective of the teacher. The theoretical part deals with the verbal educational communication, the necessary communication skills and the requirements for teachers, also the relationships and the types of authority that a teacher in educational communication applies. Therefore the basic concepts related to the schools with composite classes are defined as well as the specifics of the profession of the teacher in this type of schools. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the organization of teaching at small school with composite classes, mainly in relation to the teaching methods and forms of teaching focused on ways of communication. The research will be focused on the way how teachers at small school with composite classes perceive the process of teaching, which principles the teacher in educational communication constitutes and acts in respect with them, which positions he takes with respect to the topic and also the most appropriate methods and forms of the teaching in direct relation to communication in education.
