The remuneration system of employees in the chosen company.
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je věnována pozornost systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a jejich význam, odměňování pracovníků, druhy mezd a pohyblivé složky mezd. V praktické části jsou tyto poznatky převedeny na reálnou společnost, dále jsou v práci uvedeny problémy a návrhy na jejich zlepšení.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focused to the system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and their meanings, remuneration of employees, types of wages and variable components of wages. In the practical part these findings are transferred to the real corporation, as well as the work introduce problems and proposals for their improvement.
