Tato práce se zabývá výkladem pojmu 'like product' neboli obdobný výrobek v kontextu článku III Všeobecné dohody o clech a obchodu. Nejprve je uveden samotný článek III a jeho fungování, poté pojem 'directly competitive or substitutable' jako širší kategorii podobnosti výrobků. This paper examines the term 'like product' within the meaning of Article III of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. At first, it introduces the Article III itself as well as its functioning. Then the attention turns to the term 'directly competitive or substitutable product' as a broader category of product similarity.
