Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kritickou analýzou právních a ekonomických aspektů platebních podmínek dle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Zároveň se zaměřuje na vybrané články Úmluvy upravující náležitosti platební podmínky, zejména určení kupní ceny, místa, času, a měny plateb. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to critically analyze the legal and economic aspects of the terms of payment under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
