Abstract:
Hlavním cílem disertační práce je srovnání problematiky syndromu vyhoření s obrazem učitelství. Tedy jak učitelé s různou mírou příznaků syndromu vyhoření popisují chování, jednání a prožívání svého učitelství. The main goal of the thesis is the comparison of the burnout with the teacher profession. So, as teachers with different level of burnout are describing the behavior, conduct and experience of teachers profession.
