Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyčerpáním práv z duševního vlastnictví v judikatuře Evropského soudního dvora. Na začátku této práce jsem se věnoval vymezení základních pojmů v této oblasti. Hlavní část této práce je zaměřena na judikaturu Evropského soudního dvora, která je klíčová pro danou oblast. Abstract:
This graduation thesis deals with the exhaustion of intellectual property rights in the case law the European Court of Justice. The first part of the thesis concerned with the term "exhaustion" and also with the EU issues. I focused especialy on the case law of the European Court of Justice. I analyzed fundamental decisions and described Community exhaustion theory
