Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem rychlostní vytrvalosti pomocí intervalové metody v přípravném období starších žáků. V teoretické části jsem stručně charakterizoval fotbal a rozdíly mezi tréninkem mládeže a dospělých. Dále jsem se pokoušel přiblížit důležité faktory pro herní výkon a periodizovat sportovní trénink. Také bylo důležité rozdělit vytrvalostní schopnosti a popsat jejich rozvoj. V části praktické se snažím zjistit pozitivní vliv intervalové metody na rozvoj rychlostní vytrvalosti. Nalézají se zde tabulky s naměřenými hodnotami a následuje jejich zhodnocení a porovnání mezi sebou. Pomocí statistických výpočtů byla ověřena stanovená hypotéza.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals of the development of speed endurance with usage interval method in preparatory period of football players in the category U-15. In the teoretical part I characterized the football and the differences between the training of youth and adults. I also tried to bring in important factors for game performance and periodize sports training. It was also important to divide endurance skills and describe their development. In the practical part I try to find the positive effect of the interval method on the development of speed endurance. Here are the charts of measured value and then evaluation and comparisons between each other. Calculations confirmed previously established hypothesis
