Abstract:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku produkce emisí CO2 v České republice, který je produkován jako vedlejší produkt spalování fosilních paliv při výrobě elektrické a tepelné energie. V prvním bodě této práce je popis vývoje produkce CO2 mezi roky 1990 a 2008. Hlavním cílem této práce je objasnění metod zachytávání a ukládání CO2 jako jedné z možností omezení změny klimatu. Dále pak jsou zde uvedeny nové technologie pro spalování uhlí s vysokou účinností, které snižují spotřebu uhlí, a tak i emise CO2. Dalším bodem této práce je ekonomické, environmentální a energetické zhodnocení těchto technologií a metod. Tento bod je zaměřen na měrné náklady a měrné emise těchto technologií. Poslední bod této práce se zabývá možností využití těchto technologií v České republice.

Abstract:

Master's Thesis is focused on production of CO2 gas in the Czech Republic which is produced as a byproduct of combustion of fossil fuels for producing the electric and thermal energy. In the first part of this thesis is description of the development of CO2 emissions between 1990 and 2008. The main objective of this thesis is to clarify the methods for CO2 capture and storage as an option to reduce climate change. In this part of the thesis, there are presented new technologies for burning coal with high efficiency. These technologies reduce the consumption of coal and amount of carbon dioxide gas. Another part of this thesis is an economic, environmental and energy improvements to these technologies and methods. This part is focused on the specific costs and specific emissions of these technologies. The last section of this work deals with the possibility of using these technologies in the Czech Republic.
