Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů. Obsahuje popis historického vývoje právní úpravy těchto činů od roku 1852. Dále osvětluje pojem sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů a rovněž poskytuje jejich analýzu, když se zaměřuje na jednotlivé skutkové podstaty. Abstract:
This thesis analyses sexually motivated offences. It contains description of a historical development of legislation of these crime acts since 1852. It explains a notion of the sexually motivated criminal acts, gives their analysis, and focuses on particular facts of crimes.
