Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá postavením stavebných sporiteľní na trhu financovania nehnuteľností. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie problematiky stavebného sporenia, hypotekárneho úverovania a alternatívnych foriem financovania.
