Position of building societies on the real-estate financing market

Abstract:

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the position of building savings banks in the market of financing the real property. The first chapter is focused on theoretical definition of problems concerning the building savings, mortgage lending and alternative forms of financing. The second chapter includes the building savings products, their comparison, mortgage banks in Slovakia and model situations. The third chapter contains the evaluation of the role of building savings in the market of financing the real property, it provides the conditions the comparison with other countries and future supposed development.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá postavením stavebných sporiteľní na trhu financovania nehnuteľností. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie problematiky stavebného sporenia, hypotekárneho úverovania a alternatívnych foriem financovania. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá prehľadom produktov stavebných sporiteľní, ich komparáciou, hypotekárnymi bankami na Slovensku, modelovými situáciami. Tretia kapitola zahŕňa zhodnotenie postavenia stavebného sporenia na trhu financovania nehnuteľností, obsahuje náčrt komparácie podmienok s inými krajinami a predpokladu budúceho vývoja.
