Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zpracování osobních údajů registry dlužníků. V úvodní části je stručně popsána legislativa a základní vymezení pojmu osobní údaj a jeho zpracování. Dále se práce zabývá jednotlivými registry a uvádí podmínky, za jakých s osobními údaji nakládají. The thesis focuses on the issues of processing of personal data by registers of debtors. The introductory section briefly describes the legislation and the basic definition of personal data and its processing. This thesis describes various registers and sets out the conditions under which personal information is handled.
