Abstract:

Strukturovaný abstrakt Úvod: Alzheimerova choroba patří mezi nejčastější formy demence, ale stále neexistuje způsob, jak tuto nemoc vyléčit. Jedna z forem, jak ale nemoc alespoň zastavit anebo zpomalit její progresi je ergoterapie. Cíl práce: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou Alzheimerovy choroby a představení možnosti ergoterapie u pacientů s touto nemocí. Metodika práce: Pro bakalářskou práci byla použita forma kvalitativního výzkumu, kde je zpracována kazuistika. Zprvu na základě dostupnosti došlo k vybrání probanda. Bylo uskutečněno celkem 20 ergoterapeutických intervencí. Dvě setkání byla vyhrazena pro vstupní a výstupní ergoterapeutické hodnocení. Pro získání informací byla k dispozici klientky dokumentace. Bylo provedeno ergoterapeutické hodnocení, kde byla provedena anamnéza, zhodnocení prostředí, vyšetření fatických a gnostických funkcí. Formou standardizovaných testů (Barthel index, Montrealský kognitivní test, Geriatrická škála deprese, DAD - CZ) proběhlo vyšetření kognitivních funkcí, vyšetření ADL a vyšetření míry deprese. Byl použit volný rozhovor, přímé pozorování a proveden kineziologický rozbor. Výsledky: Porovnání a zhodnocení výsledků vstupního a výstupního ergoterapeutického hodnocení u klientky. Závěr: Zhodnocení bakalářské práce. Vyjádření o splnění cílů a úkolů práce. Představení možnosti ergoterapie u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou.

Abstract:

Abstract Introduction: Alzheimer´s disease 7ormo of the most common forms of dementia, however, a cure for this disease still has not been found. One of the ways to slow down the progress 7ormo, is ergotherapy. Aim of the thesis: The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is familiarization with the 7ormo f7tice of Alzheimer´s disease and introducing occupational therapy as a means of support for patients diagnosed with the disease. Methods: The method used for the bachelor´s thesis was a case study, a 7ormo f qualitative research. Firstly, the proband was chosen on an availability basis. Twenty occupational therapeutic interventions were implemeted in total. Two meetings served the purpose of entrance and departure occupational therapeutic examinations. The client´s medical documentation was provided for optaining information. As part of occupational therapeutic evaluation, the patient´s anamnesis, evaluation of environment and examination of phatic and gnostic functions were completed. Standardized tests were used for examining cognitive functions, ADL and level of depression. Another metods were unstructured interview, observation and kinesiological analysis. Results: Comparison and deliberation of entrance and departure occupational therapeutic evaluation of the client. Discusion: Evalution of the bachelor´s thesis. Assesment to what extent the aims and objectives of the thesis were fullfilled. Introducing the possibillities of implementing occupational therapy for clients with Alzheimer´s disease.
