Microbial contaminations of organic foods
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci je vypracované téma biopotraviny a mikrobiální kontaminace. Je zde shrnuto ekologické zemědělství a legislativa, kterou se ekologické zemědělství řídí. Dále je popsáno značení, kontrola, výroba a dovoz biopotravin. Hlavní část je zaměřená na mikrobiální kontaminaci biopotravin a na vliv biopotravin na zdraví člověka. Poslední část srovnává klady a zápory biopotravin.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis organic food and microbial contaminationis described. The organic farming and legislation is summarized, which is governed. There labeling, inspection, production and import of organic fooddescribed labeling, inspection, production and import of organic products is described.
