Tato diplomová práce se zabývá volbou práva ve smluvních závazkových vztazích s mezinárodním prvkem v režimu nařízení č. 593/2008, o právu rozhodném pro smluvní závazkové vztahy (Řím I). This thesis deals with the choice of law in contractual obligations with foreign element under Regulation No 593/2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I).
