Jedním ze znaků demokratického státu jsou svobodné volby. V České republice, na Slovensku a v Polsku se mohly uskutečnit až po roce 1989, to jest až po pádu jejich nedemokratických režimů. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji volebního systému do dolních komor parlamentů výše zmíněných tří zemí po roce 1989. Free elections are one of the symbols of a democratic state. In the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, free elections could be realized only after 1989, the year of the fall of their undemocratic regimes. This electoral system has been studied up to the present. Additionally, the Czech electoral system has been compared with the Slovak and Polish ones.
