Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je Pracovní spokojenost sester v nemocnicích. S měnícími se podmínkami na trhu práce se proměňují i indikátory spokojenosti s ní. Všeobecné sestry jsou považovány za klíčové pracovníky ve zdravotnictví, obecně jich je nedostatek. Vytváření kvalitního prostředí má zabraňovat jejich zvýšené fluktuaci. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění pracovní spokojenosti sester ve zvolených nemocnicích a zhodnotit, jak se pracovní spokojenost proměňuje v čase a navrhnout managementu kroky ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti. Teoretická část shrnuje získané poznatky o pracovní spokojenosti, motivaci, měření pracovní spokojenosti a důsledcích pracovní nespokojenosti. Praktická část diplomové práce prezentuje vyhodnocení dat získané pomocí demografického dotazníku a McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale dotazníku. Přínosem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současné pracovní spokojenosti sester a nalezení faktorů, které sestry vnímají negativně.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is Job satisfaction of nurses in hospitals. With changing conditions on the labor market, indicators of satisfaction is also changing. General nurses are considered key workers in the health sector, and there is a general shortage of them. Creating a quality environment should prevent their increased turnover. The main target of the diploma thesis is to determine the job satisfaction of nurses in selected hospitals and to evaluate how job satisfaction changes over time and to propose steps to the management to increase job satisfaction. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge gained about job satisfaction, motivation, measuring job satisfaction and the consequences of job dissatisfaction. The practical part of the thesis presents the evaluation of the data obtained using the demographic questionnaire and the McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale questionnaire. The benefit of the thesis is the evaluation of the current job satisfaction of nurses and the finding of factors that nurses perceive negative.
