Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zjistit úroveň zdravotně orientované zdatnosti, jakožto celkovou fyzickou připravenost dětí provozující hasičský sport a tuto úroveň porovnat s ostatními dětmi v daném regionu, které nenavštěvují žádný sportovní kroužek. Dalším cílem je porovnat orientovanou zdatnost s normou a zjistit jakou úroveň této zdatnosti děti, které navštěvují kroužek mladých hasičů mají.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to determine the level of health-oriented fitness, as the total physical preparedness of children practicing fire fighting and to compare this level with other children in the region who do not attend any sports club. Another goal is to compare the fitness of the standard with the norm and to find out what the level of this skill the young firefighters have.
