Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat sociální družstva. Práce se bude krátce věnovat tématu historie sociálního podnikání a družstev na území současné České republiky. Následně práce definuje co je to sociální podnikání a uvede příklady sociálních podniků. Dále se čtenáři budou moct seznámit s definicí družstev obecně a poté také se specifiky sociálních družstev. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe social cooperatives. The work will briefly deal with the history of social entrepreneurship and cooperatives in the present Czech Republic. Subsequently, the thesis defines what social entrepreneurship is and gives examples of social enterprises.
