Tématem diplomové práce je insolvenční návrh, jeho projednání a rozhodnutí o něm podle zákona č. 182/2006 Sb. Členění kapitol diplomové práce je přizpůsobeno jejímu zadání. V úvodní části je stručné shrnutí principů a zásad insolvenčního zákona, vyloučení z působnosti tohoto zákona a vzájemný vztah insolvenčního zákona a občanského soudního řádu. A topic of this thesis is an insolvency petition, its discussion and decision, as required by the Act No. 182/2006 Coll. Parts of chapters are adapted to its setting. There is a brief summary of Insolvency Act principles, exclusion from the scope of this Act and relationship Insolvency Act and the Code of Civil Procedure in the preamble.
