Anotace:

This thesis investigates financial analysis and its role for evaluating a company’s market stability and opportunities for the subsequent market expansion. The author provides a broad theoretical overview of the main functions, tasks, and methods of financial analysis, and explains how it should be applied in practical conditions. In the practical part of the thesis, the author runs a deep financial analysis of ExxonMobil, a major global energy corporation, and explains the company’s main drawbacks which should be improved for increasing its market stability and achieving higher financial results.
