Demografické stárnutí populace je velmi dynamický proces, který mění naši společnost. V této práci je stárnutí populace analyzováno na úrovni EU, kde je důraz kladen především na rozdílnost jednotlivých regionů. Demographic ageing of population is really dynamic process that changes age structure of our population. In this thesis ageing of population is analyzed at level of EU, where the focus is primarily on the differences between different regions in EU.
