Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá aparátem suverénního dluhu států ve světle mezinárodního práva veřejného. Soustředí se na vymezení různorodých subjektů, které na tomto mechanismu participují. Práce nabídne exkurz do obecné právní úpravy vnitrostátního insolvenčního práva. Hlavní črty vnitrostátní úpravy jsou pak v teoretické rovině zhodnoceny z pohledu úpadku státu jako suveréna. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the sovereign debt restructuring machinery in the light of public international law. It focuses on various subjects which are participating on this machinery. Thesis also provides excursion to general private insolvency law with theoretical application of its key features on sovereign bankruptcy. All main issues are properly confronted with practical examples.
