Abstract:

Stěžejním tématem je akutní krizová intervence poskytovaná obětem trestných činů a mimořádných událostí prostřednictvím Police ČR. Diplomová práce představuje exkurz do samotné podstaty krizové intervenční péče, jež je určena obětem, které se nečekaně ocitly v kritických životních situacích. Cílem práce je definovat současnou podobu krizových intervenčních týmů a blíže charakterizovat efektivnost jejich fungování. Dílo také odpovídá na otázky, jakým způsobem prožívají krizovou událost samotné oběti trestných činů a do jaké míry je jim poskytovaná psychologická pomoc přínosem. Snahou je přiblížit laické veřejnosti atmosféru přímo na místě události a průběh krizové intervence pomocí skutečných příběhů.

Abstract:

The main focus of the work is emergent crisis intervention offered to victims of crimes and extraordinary events by means of the Police of the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis provides the view on the fundamental part of crisis intervention care determined to victims who unexpectedly found themselves in critical life events. The aim of the thesis is to define actual image of crisis interventional teams and closely specify their effectiveness. The work also provides the view on the victims´ feelings during the crisis event itself and to what degree is psychological help beneficial for them. The thesis attempts to illustrate the atmosphere of the place where the extraordinary event occurs as well as the process of the intervention through the real life stories.
