The project of management level increasing in the company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zvýšení úrovně managementu společnosti GUMOTEX, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je na základě provedené literární rešerše zaměřena na pojem management, manažer a především na popis vybraných metod a technik současného managementu. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav firmy za použití vybraných metod managementu. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou zpracovány návrhy na zvýšení úrovně managementu ve firmě.

Abstract:

This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on increasing level of management at GUMOTEX, a.s. Thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on literature search focused on concept of management, manager and mainly on description of selected methods and techniques of strategic management, this part is based on the literature review. In the practical part is analysed current status of company using management tools. Based on findings will be processed proposals for increasing of management level in the company.
