Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav Corporate Governance ve společnosti Cukrovar Vrbátky, a.s. Prozkoumat vztah správních orgánů společnosti, zjistit, jak představenstvo i dozorčí rada ve společnosti funguje. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current estate of Corporate Governance in stock corporation Sugar refinery Vrbátky. To explore relationship between executive boards, to find out how a board of directors and a board of trustees work in the company.
