Process analysis of translation agency
Abstract:
The introduction describes basic concepts of the CMMI-SVC, V1.3 and offers a broad view of process management. Several process models were designed using the BPMN 2.0 standard. The second part of this thesis is dedicated to the process analysis of translation agency with emphasis on evaluation and optimization of the analyzed process model for the future.
Abstract:
Práca v teoretickej časti zoznamuje čitateľa s riadením procesov a základnými pojmami v oblasti riadenia procesov, štandardom pre služby CMMI-SVC, V1.3 a modelovaním procesov s využitím štandardu BPMN 2.0. Hlavná časť práce je venovaná procesnej analýze prekladateľskej agentúry a jej hodnotením podľa štandardu CMM-SVC, V1.3 a uvedením možností pre zlepšenie procesného modelu do budúcna.
