Thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter covers the historical development of taxation and of the tax system. Further characterized by the tax authorities, which are the Tax Office and tax authorities. The second part explains the tax administration and tax reform also received a report entitled UNITAS. Abstract:
Diplomovú prácu tvoria 3 kapitoly. Prvá kapitola zahŕňa historický vývoj zdaňovania a opisuje daňovú sústavu. Ďalej charakterizuje daňové orgány, ktorými sú daňové riaditeľstvo a daňové úrady. V druhej časti je vysvetlená správa daní a taktiež prijatá reforma daňovej správy s názvom UNITAS. Tretia časť sa venuje daňovému konaniu, popisuje základné zásady daňového konania, účastníkov daňového konania …more
