The criminal offence robbery in the district Jablonec nad Nisou
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat trestný čin loupež, pachatele a oběti této trestné činnosti. Dále pak porovnat v období let 2003 až 2007 případy této závažné násilné trestné činnosti v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou. A na základě analýz spisových materiálů, dokumentů, odborných posudků a vlastní profesionální zkušenosti vyhodnotit skutečný stav v této oblasti kriminálního jednání.
Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor work was to describe a crime of robbery, offenders and victims of these crimes. I wanted to compare occurrences of these acts of violence in the period from 2003 to 2007 in Jablonec nad Nisou region and then to evaluate the achal state in this kind of crime behaviour on the basis of file analysis, documents, professional expertises and my own professional experience.
