Comparative Analysis of Banking Products - Business Accounts

Abstract:

Název mé bakalářské práce je "Srovnávací analýza bankovního produktu - podnikatelské účty". Zaměřila jsem se na definování běžného a podnikatelského účtu, jeho význam, výhody a nevýhody pro klienta, podmínky založení a zrušení účtu. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit výhody vybraných podnikatelských účtů obchodních bank. Dalším cílem je pak nastavit čtyři ukazatele pro vyhodnocení účinnosti používáním podnikatelského účtu. Jednalo se o ziskovost běžného účtu, náklady a jejich minimalizaci, kvalitu informací o nabízené výrobky a služby, dostupnost služeb a času, který je potřeba k provádění bankovních operací. V ziskovosti jsou jen minimální rozdíly mezi vybranými bankami. Podle testu je nejlevnější RB a nejdražší je ČSOB. KB byla vybrána jako nejlepší v kvalitě informací. Na základě telefonických rozhovorů zaměstnanci prokázali svou profesionalitu, rychlost a lepší orientaci v produktech, než v ostatních bankách. Po e-mailovém průzkumu nebylo možné určit, která ze sledovaných bank je nejlepší v poskytování informací.

Abstract:

The title of my thesis is "Comparative analysis of banking products - business accounts”. I focused on the definition of current and business account, its importance, advantages and disadvantages for the client, conditions of establishing and cancellation of the account. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the convenience of selected business bank accounts. I set four indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of using a business account. It was the current account profitability, cost and its minimization, the quality of information about offered products and services (by the methods mystery calling and mailing), availability of services and time required for implementation of bank operations. In the term of profitability there are only minimal differences between selected banks. According to the test case the cheapest bank is RB and the most expensive is CSOB. KB has been chosen as the best in the quality of the information based on the telephone interviews as the employees of this bank have demonstrated their professionalism, speed and better orientation in products than in other banks. After the e-mail survey it was not possible to determine which of the monitored banks is the best in providing information.
