Predmetom rigoróznej práce "Zásada prednosti práva EÚ v judikatúre Ústavných súdov členských krajín" je podrobne preskúmať a definovať jednu z aplikačných zásad práva EÚ, konkrétne zásadu aplikačnej prednosti tohto práva, tak ako ju vo svojej judikatúre postupom času definoval a rozvinul ESD.
