The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou činnosti Ústavního soudu a jeho významu v našem právním systému. Dále by tato práce měla přiblížit širší veřejnosti i problematiku exekucí a jejich vymáhání, jelikož v dnešní době se toto téma stává stále aktuálnějším. Práce je tématicky rozčleněna do tří částí, kdy první část se zabývá teoreticko - metodologickou částí, kde jsou uvedeny a objasněny základní pojmy týkající se Ústavního soudu. Druhá část je věnována především praktickému zaměření práce a klíčová je zde otázka, zda je exekuce v souladu s Listinou základních práv a svobod. Třetí část práce je věnována návrhové části, kde jsou uvedeny možné postupy, jak se s tímto stále aktuálnějším tématem vypořádat či snížit jeho dopady a případné právní úpravě.

Abstract:

This thesis describes and analyzes the activities of the Constitutional Court and its importance in our legal system. Furthermore, this work should bring the general public and the issue of execution and enforcement, because today this issue is becoming more recent. The work is thematically divided into three parts, the first part deals with theoretical - methodological components, which are listed and explained the basic concepts of the Constitutional Court. The second part is devoted to practical work and focus a key question is whether the execution in accordance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The third part is devoted to the design section, which lists the possible approaches how to deal with this increasingly hot topic, or deal to reduce its impacts and possible legislation.
