Diagnostics of communication in Personnel services of the ČEZ Group

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostikou komunikace v Personálních službách Skupiny ČEZ. Teoretická část pojednává o komunikaci obecně, jejími souvislostmi s lidskými zdroji, personálním řízením a personální prací. Šířeji se práce zaobírá teorií vnitrofiremní komunikace a představením společnosti, která bude podrobena analýze v praktické části. Cílem je analyzovat stav vnitrofiremní komunikace analyzované společnosti, odhalit jaké je povědomí zaměstnanců o žádoucích aspektech vnitrofiremní komunikace a zároveň zjistit jaké formy a prostředky zaměstnanci společnosti používají.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on communication diagnostic in Human resources in CEZ Group. The theoretical part is about communication in general, its connection to the human resources, personnel management and personnel work. More broadly, the thesis deals with the theory of internal communication and the introduction of the company that will be subjected to analysis in the practical part. The goal is to analyse the state of the internal communication of the analysed company, to reveal the employee awareness of desirable aspects of internal communication and at the same time to find out what forms and means of communication the employees use.
