Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u operátorů krajských zdravotnických operačních středisek zdravotnických záchranných služeb. Teoretická část definuje syndrom vyhoření, jeho příčiny, příznaky a fáze, rozdíl mezi burnout syndromem a stresem a vymezuje profese, které jsou ohroženy vznikem syndromu vyhoření. The thesis deals with burnout phenomenon of dispatchers in regional emergency service operations centres. The theoretical part contains the definition of the burnout syndrome, it explains its causes, symptoms, stages, the difference between burnout and stress and says which professions get to such a situation more often.
