Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ochrany lidského genomu z různých hledisek. Na začátku práce je vysvětlen samotný termín lidského genomu na základě lékařského a genetického pojetí. This thesis‘ main focus is on illustrating the problems of the human genome protection in different points of view. At the beginning it explains the term of human genome in aspects of medical and genetic view.
