Caring for Castle Guard employees

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje aktuální systém péče o zaměstnance Hradní stráže. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy povinné péče a je zakončena kapitolou o metodice práce. Část praktická navazuje na část teoretickou, přičemž je v úvodu popsána charakteristika Hradní stráže. Dále prezentuje důležité poznatky týkající se současné péče o zaměstnance získané prostřednictvím rozhovoru, dotazníkového šetření a interních materiálů. Na základě těchto analýz byly identifikovány klíčové silné a slabé stránky stávající péče o zaměstnance. Na závěr byla navržena doporučení, která by mohla stávající péči o zaměstnance zlepšit.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the current system of care for Castle Guard employees. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts of compulsory care and ends with a chapter on the methodology of the work. The practical part follows the theoretical part, with the introduction describing the characteristics of the Castle Guard. Then it presents important findings concerning the current care of the staff obtained through interviews, questionnaire surveys and internal materials. Based on these analyses, key strengths and weaknesses of the current staff care were identified. In conclusion, recommendations were proposed that could improve the current care of staff.
