Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pracovní zátěž u učitelů gymnázií. Pozornost je věnována faktorům, které mohou ovlivňovat její úroveň. Cílem práce je analyzovat vztahy některých proměnných souvisejících s vnímáním pracovní zátěže. Práce je standardně členěna na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Master thesis was focused on the work load of the grammar school teachers. Attention was paid to the factors which affect the work load. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the relation between factors which are connected to perception of work load. The thesis was divided into theoretical and research part.
