Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku uznání a výkonu rozhodnutí ve věcech vyživovacích povinností na území Itálie. V úvodní části práce jsou podrobně rozebrány prameny pro uznání a výkon rozhodnutí ve věcech výživného a jejich vzájemné vztahy, s důrazem na vztah Nařízení Rady (ES) č. 4/2009, o výživném a Haagský protokol z roku 2007. This diploma thesis focuses on recognition and enforcement of decisions in matters relating to maintenance obligation in Italy.
