Tato diplomová práce se zabývá validací metody kapalinové chromatografie s hmotností detekcí pro stanovení a-tokoferolu ve vzorku suché kapky krve a optimalizací přípravy vzorku suché kapky krve. Teoretická část je věnována funkci vitaminu E a jeho isoformy a-tokoferolu v organismu. Dále je zde popsána technika suché kapky krve, její výhody, nevýhody a použití. This diploma thesis deals with the validation of a liquid chromatography method with mass detection for the determination of a-tocopherol in a dried blood spot sample and the optimization of the preparation of a dried blood spot sample.
