Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním problémem bezdomovectví a s tím spojeným protiprávním jednáním páchaným osobami bez domova a protiprávním jednáním, které je páchané na osobách bez domova. V teoretické části se budu zabývat vymezením základních pojmů, rozdělení typů bezdomovectví a zjištění nejčastějších příčin bezdomovectví. The bachelor thesis deals with the social problem of homelessness and related illegal acts committed by homeless persons and illegal acts committed against homeless persons. In the theoretical part, I will deal with the definition of basic concepts, the division of types of homelessness and the identification of the most common causes of homelessness.
