Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní angažovanosti a spokojenosti pracovníků v dělnických profesích. Cílem je zjištění míry vztahu mezi těmito a souvisejícími faktory. Část teoretická obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů problematiky pracovní angažovanosti, životní spokojenosti a charakteristiky zkoumané profese. Pro praktickou část práce byly použity dva dotazníky. The thesis deals with the issue of work engagement and satisfaction among the Blue-Collars. It focuses on possible amount of correlation between these and other factors. The theoretical part defines basic terms of the issue of work engagement, life Satisfaction and the characteristics of the professions outlined above.
