The relationship of preschool children to invertebrates.

Abstract:

V této práci se věnujeme vztahu dětí předškolního věku k bezobratlým živočichům. Práce má dvě standardní části - teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část práce bude zaměřena na environmentální výchovu dětí v MŠ, na psychologický vývoj dětí v tomto věku, vztah k přírodě a živočichům, na vliv prostředí a vzorů, kterými bývají právě učitelé v MŠ. Zdrojem pro teoretickou část budou odborné publikace knižní a elektronické. V empirické části bude provedeno dotazníkové šetření zjišťující, jaký je vztah dětí ke konkrétním bezobratlým. Dětem bude nabídnut pohled na několik přinesených živých zástupců této skupiny a také jejich fotografie. V dotazníku bude zaznamenána jejich libost nebo nelibost, jejich pohlaví, věk, zdali chovají v rodině nějaké zvíře a jestli chodí s rodiči, nebo prarodiči na vycházky do přírody a o dění v přírodě a zvířatech si s nimi povídají. Dalším krokem bude povídání s dětmi o těchto tvorech, bude nabídnuta možnost si živočichy blíže prohlédnout a vzít na dlaň. Následně bude vyplněn posttest ve formě zkráceného dotazníku, kde bude opět zaznamenávána libost a nelibost dětí k doneseným bezobratlým a tím vliv bližšího seznámení s živočichy. Výsledky výzkumu budou porovnány. Předpokládá se účast minimálně 60 dětských respondentů.

Abstract:

In this theses we focus on the relationship of preschool children to invertebrates. The work has two standard parts - theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part of the thesis will be focused on environmental education of children in kindergarten, the psychological development of children at this age, the relationship to nature and animals, the influence of the environment and the patterns that tend to be teachers in kindergarten. The source for the theoretical part will be professional publications, both book and electronic. In the empirical part, a questionnaire survey will be conducted to find out what children's relationship with specific invertebrates. The children will be offered a look at several brought live representatives of this group and also their photographs. In the questionnaire their likes and dislikes, their gender, their age, whether they keep any animals in the family and whether they go on nature walks with their parents or grandparents and talk to them about nature and animals. The next step will be to talk to the children about these creatures, offer them the opportunity to look at the animals more closely and take on the palm of their hands. A post-test in the form of an abbreviated questionnaire will then be completed, again recording the children's likes and dislikes for the invertebrates brought in and thus the impact of the effect of closer acquaintance with the animals.
