Employee Benefits from the Tax Point of View

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů z daňového pohledu. Cílem práce je návrh souboru zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti HBC-radiomatic, CZ s.r.o. Ve snaze udržet si kvalitní zaměstnance se společnost rozhodla pro zavedení systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Požadavkem byla daňová optimalizace těchto benefitů tak, aby na straně zaměstnance byly osvobozeny od daně z příjmů ze závislé činnosti a na straně zaměstnavatele daňově účinným výdajem. Po prostudování situace ve společnosti byly vyvozeny závěry a navržen systém zaměstnaneckých výhod tak, aby odpovídal požadavku zaměstnavatele a zároveň splňovat přání zaměstnanců a motivoval je k lepším pracovním výkonům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with employee benefits from the tax point of view. The aim of the work is the proposal of a system of employee benefits within the company HBC-radiomatic, CZ s.r.o. In an effort to maintain high-quality employees, the company has opted for the incentive system of employee benefits. The requirement was a tax optimization of these benefits so that these were exempt from the employee's dependent activity income tax as well as being a fiscally efficient expenditure for the employer. After examining the situation in the company, conclusions have been drawn and a system of employee benefits has been proposed to suit the requirement of the employer and to meet the wishes of its employees and motivate them to better performance.
