Abstract:
Profesními kompetencemi učitele se v poslední době zabývá spousta autorů, jelikož jde o aktuální téma. Začínající učitelé jsou vybaveni pro svou profesi výborně znalostmi, avšak praxe jim často chybí. Z toho důvodu mnohdy neví, jak s žáky vhodně komunikovat, jak si zorganizovat hodinu, či jak žáky motivovat. Many authors are recently engaged in professional competences of teachers, since it´s quite a current topic. Beginning teachers are equipped with excellent knowledge for their profession, but what they lack is primarily practice.
