Diplomová práce se zabývá instituty zpětného a dalšího odkazu ve světle českého a německého kolizního práva. Vychází z pojmu odkazů kolizní normy a vysvětluje jejich možné uchopení. The renvoi in the context of Czech and German conflict of laws is discussed in this thesis. The work is based on the concept of conflict of law rule and its different points of view are explained here.
