Cílem práce je navrhnout implementaci optimální kapitálové struktury pro konkrétní společnosti. The aim of the thesis is to design the implementation of the optimal capital structure for a particular company. Result will be achieved by using a financial analysis, an indicators capturing the costs or performance of the company and the effect of financial leverage in optimizing the capital structure.
